We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support process development, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
- Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Work Instructions
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, tooling, and production launches
- Familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949 standards
What You'll Do:
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment
- Support prototype builds and production launches
- Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
- Implement poka-yoke and process controls
- Partner with Production, Quality, and Safety xhqgsiq teams to improve efficiency and quality
