Position Overview
We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 1+ years of experience to support electronics assembly operations. You’ll help improve production processes, resolve line issues, and support new product introductions in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day production of electronic assemblies (SMT, through-hole, box build)
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive root cause and corrective actions
- Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation and routings
- Assist with new product introduction (NPI) and line setup
- Identify opportunities to improve yield, cycle time, quality and cost
- Work with quality, test and production teams to meet customer requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 1+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, ideally in electronics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
