What You'll Be Doing
* Lead projects focused on improving production efficiency, quality, and manufacturing performance.
* Support advanced manufacturing processes, including 3D printing and assembly operations.
* Work with Operations, R&D, Quality, and other teams to launch new products.
* Conduct time studies and improve manufacturing capacity planning.
* Create work instructions, standard work, and quality standards.
* Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
* Internship, co-op, project, or manufacturing experience is welcomed.
* Interest in manufacturing, process improvement, automation, or additive manufacturing.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work onsite in Littlestown, PA.
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: $61,060 - $81,410 (based on experience)
* Target Bonus: 5%
