This role will require communication and collaboration with multiple disciplines across the site to provide production support on the Thursday - Sunday shift. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting manufacturing issues, reviewing defective hardware, and providing root cause / corrective action analysis as required.

This role will support multiple functional areas including machining, assembly, coatings, and sheet metal. The successful candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment, and an ability to manage varying priorites and projects. Basic Qualifications3+ years in a manufacturing environment or Bachelor's Degree in STEM field with 1 year of previous experienceAbility to review and understand technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and work instructionsAbility to work Thursday - Sunday shiftTrack record of providing solutions to manufacturing challengesDesired SkillsExperience with machining processesExperience with Apriso / SAP S4 and Windchill PLMStrong communication skillsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $ - $ At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
