Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ. ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESEvaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvementsApply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing processesComplete Project Management for new manufacturing equipment and processesDevelopment and maintain manufacturing work instructionsAnalyze costs associated with production and processesMonitor manufacturing operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standardsProvide technical and hands on support to manufacturing shop as neededOther reasonable job duties as assignedEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONSB.S.
