Job Description Job Description Manufacturing Engineer Location: Harrison, OH (On site) Job Type: Full time, Direct hire Pay: $85,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience About the Role QuickPro Staffing is hiring a Direct Hire Manufacturing Engineer for a well-established industrial machine builder in the Cincinnati area. You will turn engineering designs into efficient, high-quality builds on the shop floor, with a salary of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, a strong benefits package and profit sharing. What You Will Do

• Route parts and assemblies through fabrication, machining and assembly
• Analyze production, labor and material cost data to keep routing standards accurate
• Partner with Engineering on tolerances, finishes and design changes
• Recommend Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) improvements
• Investigate root cause production issues
• Improve workflow, space usage and equipment layout using lean principles
• Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
• Learn sheet metal cutting and bending programming support
• Support CNC programming or tooling tasks as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technologies or Mechanical Engineering
• Co-op experience plus 2 or more years of experience after graduation in manufacturing or heavy equipment product design
• Working knowledge of manufacturing methods and strength of materials
• 3D CAD experience (Solid Edge preferred, SolidWorks also considered)
• Ability to read, interpret and create engineering drawings, including GD&T
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills

• Welding, heat treating or materials experience
• CNC lathe or machining center programming
• Mastercam and Fanuc M and G code editing
• Tooling design for fixtures, gages, jigs and work holding
