Manufacturing Electrical EngineerThe Manufacturing Electrical Engineer will follow the design, process, installation, and integration process on all new programs for FCA's Warren Stamping Plant as assigned. Additional duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:Deliver world class pressroom systems that meet vertical launch in terms of reliability, safety, throughput and qualityProvide technical support to production and maintenance departmentsCoordinate vendor activities within the plant to support all new programs and engineering initiativesWork with and support pressroom operations in Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) initiatives utilizing SPW tools for continuous improvement effortsBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED or equivalentA minimum of five years of manufacturing experienceGeneral knowledge of pressroom equipment / processesProject management (cradle to grave) experienceExperience in reading, creating, and editing mechanical and electrical drawingsStrong background in overall pressroom equipment processes and technologyAbility to work different shifts as requiredWillingness to travel locallyPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)Journeyman Skilled Tradesmen (Electrician preferred)Press and Automation processesExperience with AutoCAD or similar software applicationsTandem, Transfer, Progressive, Blanking pressesDestackers, Press to Press, End of Line SystemsPressroom controls systemsServo operation: Allen Bradley, Indramat, UicoPLC: Allen Bradley, Modicon, MitsubishiHMI: Allen Bradley, Indusoft, UticoreRobot experience a plusExperience in stamping / press room operationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong commitment to task completion
