Mountville is seeking a Department Manager for the Manufacturing Operations team. You will own day-to-day performance of the production department, focusing on safety, quality, output, cost, and people leadership on the shop floor.
You will translate company priorities into department-level execution, drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements, manage the ERP system (D365), and partner with HR and plant leadership to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
