What You'll Do

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing reporting
• Monitor cash flow, internal controls, and financial compliance
• Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability and efficiency
• Coordinate audits and support tax compliance activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience required
• Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accounting Manager
• Strong ERP system and advanced Excel skills
• CPA preferred but not required
