Capability CoordinatorThe Capability Coordinator is a critical, standardized role across our manufacturing facilities, responsible for building and sustaining plant capability through structured onboarding, training standardization, and workforce development.This role leads the end-to-end onboarding experience, coordinates and delivers training in a "one best way" approach and ensures all team members are equipped with the safety knowledge, operational capability and technical skills required to meet manufacturing & warehouse performance standards.As a key enabler of plant performance, the Capability Coordinator integrates Integrated Work System (IWS) principles, training systems, and continuous improvement practices to strengthen capability across manufacturing and warehouse teams. This role serves as a connector across Operations, Quality, Safety, and Business Excellence to ensure training translates into safe, reliable, and efficient execution on the floor.ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Training LeadershipOwn and lead onboarding for all manufacturing and warehouse team member cohorts across all lines and shiftsSupport the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of onboarding programsFacilitate new hire orientation, classroom training, plant tours, and on-the-job training readinessBuild engaging onboarding experience that promotes inclusion, safety, and operational readinessSupport development of on-the-floor training strategies for new hires and upskillingTraining Systems & Program Management• Develop, maintain, and track training materials, including:SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses)JSTs (Job Safety Trainings)OPLs (One Point Lessons)Training checklists and work instructionsCoordinate and schedule all training sessions, certifications, and continued education programsMaintain centralized training documentation and ensure materials are current and aligned to standardsContinuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to improve outcomesCapability & Development SkillsTrack and manage team member skills, certifications, and capability progressionIdentify skill gaps and partner with leadership to build targeted development plansAdvise site leadership on workforce capability, readiness, and development needsAlign programs to plant performance, including true efficiency and cases handled per hourPartner with line leadership to ensure training supports execution of Run to Target (RTT)Performance Tracking & Continuous ImprovementTrack key performance indicators related to training effectiveness, onboarding success, and capability developmentDrive continuous improvement of training systems, onboarding programs, and capability processesPeople Leadership & EngagementBuild strong relationships with team members through coaching, feedback, and supportDeliver constructive feedback while maintaining a positive and inclusive team environmentChampion a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning across the plantSupport employee relations, communication, and engagement initiativesCompensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $54,700 - $82,050.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
