To support a growing precision aerospace manufacturing operation, the full-time Manufacturing Workflow Automation Consultant will review and optimize workflow designs, evaluate software tools, and recommend automation opportunities in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Review current and planned quote-to-cash/job-to-ship workflows and identify gaps or risks Pressure-test selected software tools and recommend practical workflow automation opportunities Advise on compliance readiness for AS9100D and ITAR while collaborating with the internal team Required qualifications Experience with workflow/process automation in manufacturing or complex operational environments Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and modern software workflows Experience evaluating software stacks and workflow design for lean or early-stage teams Knowledge of compliance-sensitive workflows, ideally in aerospace manufacturing Strong ability to translate technical recommendations into clear business impacts
