This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, production, machine operation, maintenance, or mechanical experience looking to join a growing team.Pay & Schedule:$12.50 – $13.50 Hourly (Based on Shift)1st, 2nd and 3rd shift availableMust be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.Job Responsibilities & Requirements:Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficientlyPrevious manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, maintenance, or warehouse experience preferredMechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery and toolsPolish, buff, and finish products to meet quality standardsInspect products for defects, consistency, and overall qualityPerform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshootingUtilize hand tools and power tools as neededMonitor production processes and ensure quality requirements are metComplete production documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety procedures and work instructionsAssist with general production and facility support as neededStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftPositive attitude and willingness to learnApply today & call our office for an interview!
