Manufacturing Assembly Technician

Manufacturing Assembly TechnicianWe are seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician to support hands-on production assembly of structural, mechanical, and aircraft-related systems. This role uses engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and production standards to complete routine assembly work in a regulated manufacturing environment.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDAbility to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (REQUIRES US Citizenship)1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment1+ year of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, or specificationsExperience working in a highly regulated environment where compliance is criticalExperience with fabrication and/or assembly of mechanical or electrical systemsAbility to follow established production procedures and work instructionsStrong attention to quality, safety, and detailDesired Qualifications:ACTIVE Secret Security ClearanceExperience using specialized tools such as wire crimpers, wire strippers, wire routing tools, multimeters, or basic computer systemsKnowledge of assembly and production processesExperience working with wiring diagrams, schematics, change documents, or functional test proceduresUnderstanding of production/manufacturing requirements versus in-service maintenance proceduresKnowledge of shop floor processes including FOD prevention, material handling, safety, calibration, and ESD controlsExperience supporting continuous improvement or corrective/preventive action activitiesAircraft, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing experience preferredCandidates must have the ability to obtain a U.S.
