Fine motor skills are required for a variety of functions, especially for wiring components and performing detailed assembly tasks. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. For items over 50 lbs., an assisted device or help from a coworker is used. A variety of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required depending on the role and specific tasks, and is subject to change based on safety needs.
