You'll work alongside experienced team members in a highly collaborative, team-focused environment, assembling medical devices and sub-assemblies to exacting quality standards.

Vantage MedTech supports growth — offering exposure to advanced assembly techniques, quality systems, and potential certification opportunities for those who are motivated to develop their skills.What You'll DoAssemble medical device components and sub-assemblies using hand tools such as torque drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliersPerform assembly and soldering activities by following detailed work instructions and proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAccurately complete production transactions in the ERP system and document required manufacturing dataAssist with packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipmentIdentify and communicate non-conformances to senior technicians, quality personnel, or engineering staffCollaborate with team members to ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirementsFollow documented procedures supporting FDA quality regulations, ISO 13485 requirements, and internal quality objectivesSupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiencyEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience with assembly, soldering, or inspection in a regulated or precision manufacturing environment preferredFamiliarity with IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 standards is a plusBasic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand toolsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigationAbility to follow written and verbal instructions with strong attention to detailComfortable working independently or as part of a tight-knit production teamWork Location: This position is on-site at our manufacturing facility in Olathe, KS. This is not a remote role.
