In this role, you will manage a manufacturing area for safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Key duties include directing daily workflows, staffing and training operators, monitoring KPIs, driving root‑cause problem solving, and implementing continuous improvement and 5S.
You will partner closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality to meet aerospace and industrial customer requirements while coaching teams, enforcing standards, and supporting a culture of precision, accountability, and growth.
