Supporting cross-functional delivery teams, the full-time Manual Tester will execute manual testing processes to validate software quality across federal IT modernization initiatives in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Review requirements, user stories, and design documentation to understand expected system behavior Develop and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans, including functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools, ensuring issues are resolved prior to release Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in manual testing, quality assurance, or software testing Understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle (SDLC/STLC) Experience writing and executing test cases and test plans Experience using defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
