Key responsibilities Analyze business and functional requirements related to Pharmacy and PBM applications Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts while performing various types of testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, validate functionality, and maintain testing documentation Required qualifications Strong experience in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) domain and understanding of pharmacy business processes Proficiency in Manual Testing methodologies, Test Planning, and Defect Lifecycle Management Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for managing user stories and test documentation Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
