To support quality assurance efforts, the full-time Manual QA Engineer will test new features, perform various types of testing, and create and maintain QA documentation while working remotely. Key responsibilities Test new features and verify bug fixes through functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and other QA documentation, while analyzing requirements and preparing test scenarios Test REST APIs using tools like Swagger or Postman and verify data using SQL Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in Manual QA, specifically testing web applications Experience with Salesforce and a good understanding of the software testing lifecycle Strong knowledge of test design techniques and experience creating test documentation from scratch Familiarity with Jira and TestRail (or similar tools) and basic SQL knowledge Experience testing complex enterprise applications and basic understanding of Git
