Responsibilities for manual press brake operator include: Operate manual press brakes (mechanical or hydraulic) with no CNC or automated controls Set up press brake jobs from scratch: tooling selection, punch/die installation, and alignment Manually set up bend depth, back Guage, and stops using hand controls and measurements Perform trail bends and manual adjustments to achieve correct angles and dimensions Read and interpret blueprints and bend drawing without relying on programmed sequences Use manual measuring tools (protractor, angle finder, calipers, tape measure, square, etc.) Troubleshoot bend accuracy issues thorough hands-on adjustments, not program edits Run short runs and one-off parts requiring set up changes Maintain consistent quality through operator skill and experience, not automationQualifications: Minimum 2 years operating manual press brakes (mechanical or hydraulic) Hands on experience setting up press brake jobs from scratch with no CNC control Ability to manually set up and adjust be
