What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the veterinary team
• Deliver high‑quality care and drive medical excellence
• Partner on strategy, operations, and growth
• Perform diagnostics, surgeries, and exams as a hands‑on DVM

What You’ll Bring:

• DVM or VMD degree and active FL license (or eligibility)
• 3+ years of clinical experience (leadership a plus)
• Strong communication, mentorship, and team‑building skills
• Passion for progressive medicine and practice development
