Overview
Camboro Veterinary Hospital in Edinboro, PA is seeking a Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director. Joint Ownership is an option for interested candidates but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical leadership and foster a collaborative work environment; oversee medical practices, surgical and medical cases, and maintain medical protocols.
- Manage Associate veterinarians and ensure compliance with veterinary regulations; oversee continuous education and licensure of the veterinary team.
- Oversee the hospital's financial performance, including budget preparation, revenue management, and strategic planning; monitor key financial reports to drive practice success.
- Collaborate with the Hospital Manager to implement strategies to enhance client service, marketing initiatives, and overall practice success.
- Lead a team of 3 doctors and a robust support staff in a dynamic work environment.
Compensation
- Base salary of $120,000 - $135,000
- Production-based bonuses
