Managing / Qualifying Broker

This position is being advertised through Prime Properties Investment Solutions on behalf of our parent company Prime & Co.

Prime & Co is a vertically integrated private real estate investment firm focused on acquisitions, brokerage, property management, and investment throughout Alabama and the Southeast. We are seeking an experienced Alabama Qualifying Broker to oversee our Alabama brokerage operations by providing regulatory oversight, transactional support during our initial growth phase, and ongoing brokerage supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Alabama Qualifying Broker for Prime & Co.


• Ensure compliance with Alabama Real Estate Commission (AREC) regulations.


• Provide brokerage oversight, guidance, and supervision.


• During the initial launch phase, represent the brokerage by preparing and submitting purchase offers, coordinating with listing agents, and facilitating property showings and access as permitted.


• Mentor and supervise newly licensed agents as the brokerage grows.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama Qualifying Broker license in good standing.


• Strong knowledge of Alabama real estate law and brokerage operations.


• Experience managing transactions and supervising licensees.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Investor-friendly mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced acquisition environment.

Compensation

Compensation is structured to reward long-term partnership and brokerage growth. A tiered compensation model will be discussed with qualified candidates based on responsibilities and transaction volume.
