Managing Partner

Job Overview

As a Managing Partner, you’ll grow a team of financial representatives. You’ll help guide and train your team members as they work to meet the financial needs of Modern Woodmen members in your district. You will accomplish this by attracting, recruiting, and developing a team of successful financial representatives through coaching, motivating, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, and develop a team of successful financial representatives.
• Coach, motivate, and mentor team members to help meet the financial needs of Modern Woodmen members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members.
• Participate in fraternal volunteer programs to improve local communities.
• Complete continuing education and training courses to earn advanced industry designations.

Preferred Licensure

• Licensed in Life, Annuity, Series 6 or 7, and Series 24 or 26.

Pathway to Leadership Program

Individuals interested in this position have the opportunity to join our Pathway to Leadership Program. This unique program is designed to assist candidates who want to grow into leadership positions within a specific district or region. Participants complete courses through Modern Woodmen University and learn leadership and management concepts.
