This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to take over operations for a chef driven concept in McLean, Virginia.
The ideal General Manager will have a proven track record with premium casual, full service or fast casual venues, high quality, chef inspired food is a plus.
This is a new location, foodie inspired.
$3.5M annual sales.
The General Manager oversees all aspects of the operation and leads the team to achieve all established metrics including working with the Executive Chef to exceed culinary standards.
Strong P&L, cost control, team development, LSM and exemplary leadership are required.
Base salary up to $80K,
Bonus $20K - $23K annually
