Position Overview
The Managing Partner in Training will rapidly acclimate to the Crunch culture while demonstrating a high performance mindset. They will drive club profitability, create a welcoming environment, and operate with speed and urgency to deliver outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Drive club profitability by energizing the team around clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Focus on member satisfaction and retention by ensuring timely resolution of concerns and delivering exceptional service.
- Lead performance through effective hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking, while also managing staff schedules and payroll to ensure optimal coverage.
- Maintain a clean, fully operational facility and uphold high standards across compliance, inventory, and overall club experience.

- High performance talent recruited, hired, and onboarded; teams energized through coaching, staff meetings, sales development, operational policy execution, and clear accountability.
- Consistently deliver a profitable, KPI-driven business through operational mastery and P&L ownership.
- Exceptional member experience with rapid issue resolution, high retention/satisfaction, and a clean/crisp facility.
- Full ownership readiness—independently running all four walls of the business confidently, owning people, results, culture, and compliance.
About You
You bring people together around clear objectives and maintain steady focus on execution. You engage the team in solving problems while maintaining forward momentum. Decisions are timely, and performance expectations remain high for both yourself and the team. You are knowledgeable about established processes and serve as a reliable resource, with clear, direct communication that helps the team move forward.
Responsibilities
- Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
- Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
- Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
- Recruit, hire and onboard talent.
- Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a member focus.
- Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7.
- Monitor staff payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
- Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely restocking.
- Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
- Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
- Experience with business operations such as hiring, onboarding, promotion, and removal of team members required.
- Experience in labor management and inventory control.
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems.
- Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite or similar software.
- Ability to invest financially in Managing Partner opportunity.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds, standing or bending for prolonged work hours.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
