Stylist (Behind The Chair) & Management Responsibilities:
- Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, color, & perms.
- Manage client flow, ensuring appointments & walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.
- Stay inspired & up to date with the latest industry trends & cosmetology trends.
- Maintain pristine personal station & assist with salon cleanliness.
- Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payments, & opening/closing procedures.
- Foster a positive, collaborative salon culture.
- Support daily operations, including inventory control, retail merchandising, & schedule preparation.
- Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly ensuring satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, & motivate fellow stylists.
What We Are Looking For:
- An active Nevada Cosmetology License is required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of expert cutting, styling, advanced color, & perms.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Proficient with salon POS systems, cash handling, & social media posting.
- Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management.
- Weekend work required.
