Leading a team of software engineers, the fully remote Managing Engineer - Software Development (Container Workloads) will design and deliver reference architectures, promote engineering best practices, and provide technical leadership while ensuring high-quality, scalable applications are built across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers Design and deliver reference architectures, sample applications, and reusable implementation patterns Partner with product, platform, and infrastructure teams to address real-world engineering challenges Required Qualifications 7 years or more of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications and services 2 years or more of technical leadership or people management experience Strong proficiency in Java and experience building distributed applications Experience developing cloud-native applications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Experience with container technologies and Kubernetes-based deployments
