TruOak Financial Partners is expanding into Birmingham, and we are looking for an experienced financial professional to lead the market from the ground up.

This is not a role where you inherit someone's team or simply manage existing production. You will have the opportunity to recruit and develop advisors, grow your career, establish TruOak's presence in Birmingham, and help shape the culture and direction of the market.

We are looking for a proven advisor and leader who is ready for greater ownership, stronger support, and a genuine opportunity to build.

As Managing Director, you will lead from the front by producing, recruiting, coaching, and developing financial advisors. You will work directly with TruOak's leadership team and have access to the training, infrastructure, resources, and support of a growing firm while maintaining the autonomy to build a successful local operation.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base salary of $75,000 to $150,000, based on experience
