Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact corporate finance initiatives including funding strategy, capital structure optimization, and strategic transactions.
Develop analytical frameworks supporting capital allocation, funding strategy, valuation, and performance measurement.
Support securitization, unsecured funding, liquidity planning, and scenario analysis.
Establish governance frameworks, manage timelines, track risks, and ensure delivery against objectives.
Drive coordination across Treasury, IR, FP&A, Capital Markets, and business teams.
Support development of materials for ALCO, Board, and investor communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA preferred)
12+ years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, or strategic finance
Deep expertise in securitization, unsecured funding, and liquidity strategy
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence in a matrixed environment and operate with high degree of autonomy.
