Our client is a Top #10 National CPA firm that is performing a select search for a Tax Managing Director to join its team in San Francisco, CA on a Hybrid schedule . The firm has multiple offices in the San Franciso area that you can choose to work from to cut down on commute time. The Managing Director Level at this CPA Firm is the Partner Level at most other traditional CPA Firms which includes a Base Salary and an Equity Discussion .
- Base Salary: $300,000+ (let's discuss!)
- Equity: To Be Discussed

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proactive client contact; viewed as a trusted business partner
- Expand business practice; cultivate new clients; increase services to existing clients including cross serving opportunities
- Responsible for ongoing planning and business development of a specialized department
- Responsible for team and or department meeting budgeted goals
- Participate in various administrative aspects of managing business unit
- Establish team environment and a positive culture
- Ensure quality control standards are met
Qualifications:
- CPA Licensed
- 10 years' experience in public accounting in a supervisory position
- Good Tenure coming from a reputable CPA Firm
- Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field Preferred
