All In One Accounting is seeking a Managing Director to own and lead the Nonprofit Practice, a business unit serving social service agencies, foundations, and membership bodies. You will lead CFOs who own their client books, drive growth, and be accountable for the full P&L of the practice.
The successful candidate will have 12–15+ years in nonprofit accounting, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of nonprofit GAAP and grant compliance, with CPA preferred and EOS experience valued.
