What You'll Be Doing

• Lead investment strategy, operations, and fund growth.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and execute investments.
• Oversee due diligence and portfolio performance.
• Serve on portfolio boards and lead investment committee discussions.
• Cultivate investors, donors, and strategic partnerships.
  

About You

• PhD or MD required.
• Proven early-stage oncology therapeutics investment success.
• Venture capital, private equity, or biopharma business development expertise.
• Strong financial, legal, and deal-making capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership, networking, and communication skills.
