This individual will be responsible for driving deep investor engagement and fundraising activity across pensions, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, asset managers, and other institutional allocators within an assigned territory.Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing a defined Southern U.S. institutional territory, including development and execution of a comprehensive coverage and engagement strategy. The role involves building and maintaining senior-level relationships with institutional investors, driving fundraising efforts across Antares' private credit strategies, and representing the firm in investor meetings, conferences, and industry events.The Managing Director will collaborate closely with Product Specialists to deliver high-quality investor engagement including product positioning, diligence, and solution structuring, and work with Consultant Relations to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated coverage with consultant-influenced investors.The ideal candidate is a highly experienced, relationship-oriented sales professional with a proven record of raising capital, managing complex territories, and working in close partnership across teams.
