Responsibilities
- Set vision, strategy, and plan for cultivating a portfolio of donors
- Manage, cultivate, steward, and solicit a portfolio of donors
- Work in close partnership with the local Executive Director to build relationships necessary to advance fundraising efforts
- Maintain donor, prospect, and fundraising activity information in our CRM system
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of related experience in development and fundraising context
- Track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious goals as a donor portfolio manager
- Highly skilled relationship builder, particularly with external prospects and donors
- Specialize in best practices of development and fundraising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in stewarding a diverse portfolio of donors/funders from various funding streams
