Work with us to drive the future of healthcareNTT DATA currently seeks a Managing Director, Client Delivery Executive - to join our Healthcare Provider team in Plano, TX.Responsibilities:Responsible for providing oversight on execution of all IT Services delivered across multiple accounts as assignedResponsible for delivering in a highly matrixed global delivery modelResponsible for client expectation management on all delivery related aspects working closely with Client Executive and matrix organizationsResponsible for overall account Service Level Agreements and client satisfactionResponsible for developing strong relationships with the customer IT executives and ensure respective practices provide thought leadership, innovation and being a trusted partner while providing highest quality of IT serviceServes as point for escalation of all operational or delivery issues for the accounts responsible for Business Development/Growth SupportSupport Client Executive and sales support team for the development of all proposals.Participate in the review of proposals to ensure that the proposals are of highest quality, achievable and competitive.Review along with matrix organizations and ensure matrix organization sign off on all the proposals submitted to the customer.Delivery Leadership for EngagementsViewed as an expert in delivery management best practices; Supports adherence to delivery management processes and policies.Work with matrix organizations for creation and active coaching of strong delivery team structureResponsible for implementing Industry-based improvement programs within assigned account portfolio.Planning & Operations - Work closely with Client Executive, Delivery Managers and GroupDelivery Executive in the following activities: Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Monthly forecastEnsure regular governance (weekly/monthly, quarterly) established for both internal/external stakeholdersAssist as required on monthly activities including resource forecast, invoice & revenue recognitionOptimal deployment and utilization of resources for Managed EngagementsAchieve the gross margin target for the account.QUALIFICATIONS:12+ years relevant experience.
