C10 partners with founders to build AI companies across healthcare, life sciences, energy, industrial AI, and enterprise software, and is expanding its partnership with LabCentral through the AI Bio Hub, a venture creation and investment platform focused on the convergence of AI, biology, therapeutics, and healthcare.This senior operating and investment role is responsible for building one of the country's leading AI Bio venture platforms, working alongside C10's CEO and AI Bio Hub partners to identify exceptional founders, shape investment opportunities, and build strategic partnerships across the Cambridge ecosystem. Responsibilities span venture platform leadership (running accelerator and founder programs, leading investor engagement, co-leading an annual Demo Day with LabCentral), investment (building a differentiated pipeline of AI Bio opportunities, leading early-stage diligence and market assessment, preparing recommendations for the CIO and Investment Committee), ecosystem development (building relationships with MIT, Harvard, Mass General Brigham, the Broad Institute, and LabCentral), and venture creation (partnering with the venture studio to build new AI Bio companies from inception, recruiting founding CEOs and technical founders).The ideal candidate combines strong investment judgment with a builder's mindset, bringing at least seven years of experience in venture capital, venture studios, startup leadership, or entrepreneurial ecosystem development, along with experience evaluating and supporting early-stage technology companies.
