Managing Consultant - Healthcare Analytics

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Managing Consultant for our Healthcare Analytics team.

Location: One of our offices in Boston, Chicago, DC, New York, Nashville, or Tampa; work onsite three to four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to develop solutions.
• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium sized client engagements and discrete segments of larger projects.
• Delegate assignments to staff, instruct and monitor progress, and review work product for completeness and accuracy.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and/or financial data.
• Design and generate client deliverables and make valuable contributions to expert reports; manage client relationships and communicate results and work product as appropriate.
• Prioritize assignments and responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines.
• Participate in group practice meetings, contribute to business development initiatives, and office functions such as staff training and recruiting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with a focus in quantitative analytics (accounting, finance, economics, information systems, mathematics) or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of prior work experience in data analytics.
• Experience in disputes & investigations or healthcare research and/or analysis is highly preferred.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to independently execute complex data analytics in SQL at an advanced level; proficiency in additional programming languages (R, Python, STATA, SAS, etc.) is considered a plus. An interest in growing these skills and training others is required.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience working in a team environment, supervising and managing team members.

Managing Consultant Salary Range: $140,000 – $185,000

Senior Managing Consultant Salary Range: $160,000 – $225,000
