Managing Consultant, Early Childhood Programs

To lead and support projects focused on early childhood and human services programs, the full-time Managing Consultant, Early Childhood Programs will manage teams, develop solutions to client challenges, and oversee federal initiatives, with the flexibility of remote work. Key responsibilities: Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with clients to identify needs and develop program improvement strategies Leads multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor federal and state early childhood policies and programs Aggregates and analyzes data to assess program performance and develop actionable recommendations for clients Required qualifications: Master's degree in early childhood education, human services, public administration, or a related field At least 6 years of professional experience related to early childhood programs, preferably with Head Start/Early Head Start Experience in federal discretionary grants management and regulatory compliance monitoring Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project lifecycles effectively Experience using data management software and tools for program monitoring and performance measurement
