We are redefining outpatient care across Texas and looking for a passionate Managing Clinical Director to lead our team in Plano.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Direct Client Care: Maintain exceptional care standards, monitor outcomes, and ensure clinical compliance.
• Lead & Inspire: Mentor psychologists, therapists, and support staff, cultivating a supportive and inclusive team culture.
• Drive Clinic Success: Develop local strategies that align with company goals and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Act as a key link between your clinic and corporate leadership.
• Engage the Community: Foster strong relationships with local partners and represent the clinic at events.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Texas.
• Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
