Managing Broker - Brooklyn, NY | Direct Hire
Ready to run your own show? A fast-growing Brooklyn brokerage with a multi-asset portfolio spanning residential, commercial, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality/retail is looking for an entrepreneurial Managing Broker to lead it into its next chapter.
You’ll operate under the Principal Broker's license, rebuild and grow the agent team, chase and close your own exclusive deals, and progressively take the reins as the principal steps back into a true partnership structure.
Compensation: Base salary $55K-$70K+ (calibrated to experience) plus uncapped commission on personal production and an override on team production.
What you bring:
- Active NY real estate broker license with strong, current knowledge of NY regulations - no on-the-job learning
- Proven producer with sales DNA - you hunt deals, you don't wait for leads
- Team leadership experience - building, scaling, and managing an agent team
- Multi-asset transaction experience across residential, commercial, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality/retail
- The vision to eventually run the brokerage independently
