- Willingness and ability to work remotely, with proficiency in remote work technology: Microsoft Word, Google Chrome, Gmail, Clio, Zoom, and online research.
- Proficiency in legal technology and software.
- Provide coaching and mentorship for new and experienced attorneys, tailored to their skills and experience.
- Guide and mentor attorneys, set strategies, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with partners on annual goals and hold them accountable.
- Provide legal counsel and advice to clients, colleagues, and the organization.
- Build trust with new clients by sharing why they are passionate about solving clients' problems.
- Attend court hearings and trials as necessary.
- Ensure that the legal team operates in compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards.
- Implement and enforce the organization's ethical guidelines and practices.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's legal strategy.
- Facilitate Associate Attorney development plans.
