Job OpportunityATC Income Tax is now hiring full and part-time Managers and Tax Preparers (Seasonal Position - no experience needed). If hired, you will be required to attend a 1-week, mandatory training the entire week of December 9. Training will be held at our Marietta or Decatur locations (socially distanced, and via Zoom). Position Start Date: The seasonal position starts Monday, December 15, 2025. THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION. Employment from Mid-December thru April.Fresh, fun tax preparation office looking for 20+ qualified Managers and Tax Preparers for busy tax preparation locations! No tax experience necessary, will train! Positions available in Marietta, Lithonia, Decatur, Conyers.Responsibilities include:Provide excellent customer serviceBuild client rapportMarket tax preparation services to surrounding businesses and communityAssist in managing retail tax preparation operationsTax return preparation (no experience needed, will train)Ensure adherence to company policies and proceduresOverall office efficiencyMaintaining, organizing and tracking office filesEnsure customer concerns are handled in a timely and professionalRequirements:Previous inside or outside sales experience is a must – 1 year minimumAbility to perform in a fast-paced environmentPrevious customer service experience is a mustDetailed orientedWell organizedSelf motivatedReliable and punctualGood computer skillsOutstanding phone etiquetteProper grammar usage in oral and written correspondenceAbility to multi-taskAbility to problem solveAbility to work days, evenings and weekendsAbility to speak Spanish is a plusStore hours are 9am – 8pm Monday thru Saturday, POSSIBLE SUNDAYS. You will work approximately 30 –40 hours per week.
