Driving the vision and strategy for PIVOT Travel, the full-time remote Manager, WNBA Group Accounts will manage all aspects of group travel, including sales, client onboarding, logistics, and finance while fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. Key responsibilities Uncover new opportunities in group and individual travel while managing day-to-day operations and client interactions Negotiate proposals and contracts with hotels to secure the best rates and concessions based on client needs Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, track data, and report weekly to senior leadership on sales and revenue projections Required qualifications BA/BS in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field 3-5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or hotel operations Expert knowledge of group and hotel logistics with strong negotiation skills Experience with CVENT, Salesforce, MS Office, and Google Suite Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage client and hotel relationships
