Key Responsibilities
- Supervises application development activities including coding, testing and deployment, throughout the development process to satisfy user requirements.
- Provides expertise in test code reviews across multiple applications to optimize scalability, velocity and reliability of deliverables.
- Designs and implements robust monitoring tools that provide visibility and reliability to measure success and continuous improvements.
- Develops working relationships with peers across the engineering teams, collaborating to develop solutions.
- Facilitates a security minded application development approach, applying secure coding principles.
- Identifies, evaluates and recommends improvements to the application development lifecycle and best practices in agile engineering.
