About the role
Support and enhance the operations and infrastructure of the Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) team within the vendor governance framework. You will manage projects, optimize processes, and strengthen partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors across the Clinical Development landscape. This role requires someone who works autonomously, takes initiative, and delivers high-integrity work.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day VRM operational activities, including mailbox management
- Lead initiatives to improve vendor governance and streamline processes
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, tools, templates, and reporting
- Create presentations, eLearnings, and other VRM materials
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and documentation for internal and external audiences
- Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve communication
- Analyze data and trends to recommend operational and strategic improvements
Qualifications
- BA/BS with 5+ years in vendor management, outsourcing, or project management in biotech/pharma
- Strong project management and vendor governance experience
- Direct relationship management experience with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders (preferred)
- Clinical trial delivery or drug development experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
