Lead accounting change implementation and process improvements within U.S. Controllership, supporting strategic transactions, integrations, and organizational change.
Responsibilities
serve as liaison across controllership functions, translate complex accounting standards into operational procedures, support system integrations (SAP, Hyperion), and drive automation and technology-enabled process efficiencies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Accounting; 7+ years of progressive accounting experience covering operational and technical accounting; strong U.S. GAAP, SOX knowledge; experience with ERP systems like SAP, Ariba, Hyperion; CPA or equivalent preferred.

Work Setup
hybrid in San Rafael, with onsite presence twice weekly.
