Key responsibilities Direct the portfolio towards significant business outcomes through opportunity diagnosis and AI use case identification Own day-to-day program operations, including milestones, risks, and governance, while establishing scalable delivery models Serve as the primary operational contact for functional leaders, ensuring effective change management and solution adoption Required qualifications 10+ years in program/project management or business operations in a SaaS, technology, or PE-backed environment; PMP certification is a plus Proven ability to drive multi-workstream programs that achieve financial and operational impact Experience in change management and exceptional executive communication skills Financially literate with the ability to develop and pressure-test ROI models Technically fluent in AI concepts and enterprise platforms, able to communicate effectively with technical teams and executives
