Transaction Advisory Manager | Public Accounting | Transaction Services / Due Diligence | $125,000 to $150,000 + Bonus/Benefits


Brilliant is working with a growing public accounting firm that is looking to add a Transaction Advisory Manager to its team.


This is a great opportunity for someone with transaction advisory experience who enjoys working directly with clients, private equity groups, and corporate buyers and sellers throughout the deal lifecycle. The role will have significant exposure to middle-market transactions and provide the opportunity to take ownership of engagements while continuing to develop within a growing advisory practice.


Responsibilities

  • Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients
  • Analyze historical and projected financial performance, including quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, and key business trends
  • Identify and evaluate normalized EBITDA adjustments and other transaction considerations
  • Review financial statements, general ledger data, management reporting, and supporting financial information
  • Prepare and review quality of earnings reports and other transaction-related deliverables
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining timelines and client expectations
  • Present findings and key transaction considerations to clients, investors, executives, and other deal professionals
  • Work closely with investment bankers, attorneys, lenders, and other third-party advisors throughout the transaction process
  • Manage, develop, and review the work of associates and senior associates
  • Assist with practice development, client relationships, and identifying additional advisory opportunities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or quality of earnings experience
  • Public accounting or professional services experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, working capital, EBITDA, and cash flow
  • Experience working on buy-side and/or sell-side transactions
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • CPA or other relevant professional certification preferred
