This is an aggressive Management Training Program with significant income potential.Training location will be in Danville, VA Responsibilities include:Handling customer complaints and service matters with consultation and approval from the store managerOperational leadership of the store in the absence of the store managerMaintain proper floor display in all areas of the storeMaintain proper price tagging of all merchandiseMonitor the business builder programAssist in making salesMaintain good communications with customersPlace orders for all repair/replacement parts from vendorsAssist store manager whenever neededPosition includes great benefits including medical, dental, paid time off, and merchandise discounts.Must be willing to travel up to an hour, or further, as needed.
